You are welcome to place your order online and collect from our Brighton studio at 73 Holland Road, BN3 1JN. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect, which will be within 2-3 working days.
Extended returns policy:
We have extended our returns policy from 30 days to 90 days. This means any orders placed from the 1st November 2024 can be returned for a full refund up until Friday 31st January 2025 - Normal exclusions apply.

Last order dates for Christmas delivery:
For our UK customers we recommend ordering no later than Friday 20th December 2024.
For our international customers we would suggest you order no later than Monday 16th December 2024.
Gift wrapping:
All our full price lingerie will arrive gift wrapped free of charge in our luxury gloss white gift boxes tied with our gold branded ribbon.
Free UK delivery:
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £180.
Added extras:
We have added ‘Gift Options’ to our website, which can be selected when viewing your cart. Within the gift options, you can add a gift note, which we will write out and include in the gift box. We can also include a gift receipt, which is another service you can select.
Final Note:
We suggest you place your order as early as possible, giving extra time for your package to reach you. Reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions can all impact Royal Mail, FedEx, DPD and DHL. If there is anything you would like to discuss with us before placing your order, such as custom and import duties for our international customers, please feel free to get in touch.
