UK Delivery:
We aim to dispatch items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order confirmation and payment. If you need your items asap please email us so we can try our best to accommodate your needs. UK orders have the option to chose Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed (£5.65) which aims to deliver next working day or Royal Mail Tracked 48 Signed (£4.79) which aims to deliver within two working days. You will receive an email and SMS once your order has been dispatched allowing you to track your package. We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £180 using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. Click & Collect:
You are welcome to place your order online and collect from our Brighton studio at 73 Holland Road, BN3 1JN. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect, which will be within 2-3 working days.
International Delivery:
We're limiting the destinations we serve due to the disproportionately high shipping costs for some regions. If your country isn't listed below, please contact us to discuss alternative shipping options. You will be sent a tracking number along with a confirmation that your order has been shipped within 2-3 working days of your order being placed.
Important Update on Exporting Guidelines for the EU and NI:
Starting 13th December 2024, the EU's new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) will replace the existing safety rules, ensuring all consumer products sold in the EU meet updated safety standards.
A key change requires all sellers to designate a Responsible Person or representative based in the EU if they wish to sell products in the EU or Northern Ireland. Non-compliance can result in significant fines. Unfortunately, this poses logistical and financial challenges for many small businesses.
As a result, we will be pausing shipments to the EU and NI until further notice. We are actively exploring ways to resume operations asap and will keep you informed of any updates. Thank you for your understanding!
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed:
We generally avoid using Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service due to several issues that can affect our customers. This service often results in higher than average import and customs fees, significantly raising the total cost of your order. Delivery times are also slower and less reliable, with limited customer support when packages are delayed or lost. This can create unnecessary frustrations. However, if you would prefer this more affordable option, we’re happy to explore it with you, with shipping costs ranging between £12 and £25 depending on the destination.
