Getting to Our Studio
Address: 73 Holland Road, Hove, BN3 1JN
Parking: Paid on-street parking is available nearby.
Public Transport: Local buses stop along Western Road, just a short walk from the studio. You will need to alight at the Palmeira Square stop.
By Train: We are within walking distance from both Hove Station (approx. 15 minutes) and Brighton Station (approx. 20 minutes).
Appointments & Studio Visit
Q: Do I need to book an appointment, or can I drop in?
A: Our studio operates by appointment only to ensure a personal and relaxed experience. Please book in advance to secure your visit.
Q: Can I purchase items during my appointment?
A: Yes! We have a beautiful selection of lingerie, nightwear, and accessories available for you to purchase on the day of your visit.
Q: How long does an appointment last?
A: Most appointments last around 30-45 minutes, depending on the service you need.
Q: How far in advance can I book?
A: Appointments can be booked up to 60 days in advance.
Q: Is your studio accessible?
A: Our studio is on the ground floor, but there are five steps leading up to the front door. If you have any accessibility concerns, please contact us before your visit.
Q: Can I bring a friend to my appointment?
A: Absolutely! You're welcome to bring a friend for support and a second opinion. However, as our studio is a small, intimate space, we kindly ask that you limit guests to one person.
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
A: We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aytengasson.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate a new time that works for you.
Customisations & Alterations
Q: Can I request a custom colour or trim?
A: Yes! We offer customisation options, including changing colours and trims on selected styles. Let us know your preferences, and we’d be happy to discuss them.
Q: Do you offer made-to-measure services?
A: While we do not create entirely bespoke pieces, we can make small adjustments to our existing patterns, such as length alterations or added trims.
Q: Can you recreate my favourite bra, knickers, or slip?
A: Unfortunately, we only work with our own patterns and are unable to create a new design from scratch. However, we can make small alterations to our existing styles.
Payments & Orders
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept card payments, cash, and online payments for in-studio purchases.
Q: Can I order online and pick up from the studio?
A: Yes! Simply select Pick Up In Store at checkout, and we’ll have your order ready for collection within 2-4 days.
We aim to dispatch items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order confirmation and payment. If you need your items asap please email us so we can try our best to accommodate your needs.
Local customers can pick up their orders from our Brighton studio. Just chose the FREE Click & Collect option at the checkout.
UK orders have the option to chose Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed (£5.65) which aims to deliver next working day or Royal Mail Tracked 48 Signed (£4.79) which aims to deliver within two working days. You will receive an email and SMS once your order has been dispatched allowing you to track your package.
UK orders over £180 will receive free delivery using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service.
